1. OpenAI, the parent company of ChatGPT, is in talks to sell shares at an $86 billion valuation. Furthermore, SoftBank is considering investing $75 million in an OpenAI-backed humanoid robotics startup.

2. OpenAI is launching wider availability of its latest text-to-image generator called DALL-E 3. This tool will be accessible to ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise customers. OpenAI has also implemented safety measures for its expanded release.

3. Major record label Universal Music Group and other music publishers have filed a lawsuit against AI company Anthropic. The lawsuit alleges that Anthropic distributed copyrighted lyrics using its AI model, Claude 2.
